According to the report, the Ministry of Climate Change has recently decided to monitor the Billion Tree Tsunami Project of Government through satellite.
Meanwhile, a memorandum of understanding has been signed regarding this between the SUPARCO- Space & Upper Pakistan Atmosphere Research Commission and Ministry of the Climate Change.
Mr. Malik Amin Aslam, the Special Assistant to the PM, Imran Khan for Climate Change has said that the SUPARCO would ensure the transparency of this project.
Initiative by PM to plant 10 billion trees in Pakistan is to make the country greener and also to reduce the overall effects of the climate change in the country.
