Saudi Arabia Extends Umrah Visa Duration To 90 days

An important meeting was held between the Caretaker Minister of Religious Affairs, Aneeq Ahmed, and the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq.

According to the details, the caretaker religious affairs minister Aneeq Ahmed said that the results of the agreement will be revealed soon.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have historical and fraternal relations, the visit of the Saudi Minister for Hajj and Umrah to Pakistan is an honor for us.

The visit of the Saudi minister is a reflection of Prince Muhammad bin Salman’s love for Pakistan, the Saudi government is providing modern facilities for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.

The number of Umrah pilgrims in Pakistan is the first in the world, the Road to Makkah project is very beneficial for Pakistani Hajj pilgrims.

We want to provide road transport facilities at all airports of Pakistan, to provide more facilities to Pakistani pilgrims in Mina and Arafat.

Due to the expansion of the Haram, an alternative place should be provided for the Pakistani House, exemption from biometrics for Pakistani visitors over 65 years of age.

Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq said that important issues were discussed during the visit to Pakistan, and the facilities provided to Pakistani pilgrims were reviewed during the visit.

While Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have historical brotherly relations, the Saudi government is trying to reduce Hajj expenses.

The duration of the visa for Pakistani Umrah pilgrims will be up to 90 days. Apart from Umrah, other historical places of Saudi Arabia can also be visited on the visa.

About 100 more new places will be opened in Makkah and Madinah, I assure you that the Pakistani Ministry of Religious Affairs will work together.

Under the agreement, flights between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia will be increased.
