Saudi Arabia to Host 179,210 Pakistani Pilgrims for Hajj 2025

Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have officially signed an agreement for Hajj 2025, allowing 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims to perform the sacred pilgrimage. The agreement was signed between Pakistan’s Ministry for Religious Affairs and Saudi Arabia’s Ministry for Hajj.

Pakistani pilgrims will be provided a designated area in Mina at reduced rates, and they can choose to stay in Madinah for 4 to 8 days during the trip.

A new, shorter Hajj program of 20 to 25 days has also been introduced. The Saudi Ministry of Hajj has promised full support to ensure the best possible services and to improve the overall experience for Pakistani pilgrims. They are committed to making the pilgrimage as comfortable and spiritually enriching as possible.

Bookings for Hajj 2025 have already begun under the Private Hajj Scheme. The packages range from Rs. 1.1 million to Rs. 2.15 million. For those interested in premium packages costing more than Rs. 3 million, approval from the Hajj Policy Formulation Committee is required.

This agreement marks an important step in strengthening the relationship between the two countries, offering a more streamlined and affordable Hajj experience for Pakistani pilgrims.

The Saudi government’s commitment to enhancing services is expected to make the pilgrimage even more memorable and spiritually fulfilling for all those who undertake the journey.
