Saudi Riyal Reaches All Time High Against Pakistani Rupee, Here’s Today Rate

The Pakistani rupee (PKR) continued to decline against the US dollar in Tuesday’s interbank trading session, shedding 1.06 rupees to close at PKR 303.05 per USD as opposed to PKR 301.997 per USD at the end of the previous session. 

Exchange Companies set the dollar’s open market quotes at 321 for selling and 316 for buying. Now at 4.10%, the difference between the interbank and open market rates has been consistently higher than the suggested 1.25% limit imposed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the past 17 days.

A day ago, the Saudi Riyal was worth 82.22; today, it is worth 82.52, an increase of 29.31 paisa. In terms of other major currencies, the PKR depreciated 1.41 rupees against the Euro, ending the day at 327.57 instead of 326.16.

The British pound increased in price by 2.43 rupees, closing at 382.103 instead of 379.67 from the previous day. The U.A.E. Dirham increased 29.11 paisa from its value of 80.50 a day earlier to close at 80.7892.
