Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, recently announced an important initiative to distribute residential plots to Emirati citizens living in Dubai. Over 3,000 plots have been allocated as part of this housing program.
Dubai Municipality played a key role in the distribution process. They ensured that 3,200 residential plots were given to deserving UAE citizens. This initiative supports Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s vision to improve citizens’ lives and promote unity and stability among families.
Moreover, these residential plots are important for Dubai’s development plans and citizen welfare. They align with the goals set by the Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The aim is to achieve sustainable development and enhance living standards in the Emirate.
Furthermore, the allocated plots come fully equipped with essential services and amenities. It provides citizens with a comfortable living environment.
Additionally, during the first year, the committee approved 11,500 land plots and provided Dh7 billion in housing loans. This effort positively impacted around 7,000 individuals. And demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting citizens’ housing needs.
