Miftah Ismail, a former finance minister, a senior member of the Muslim League-N criticized the policy of managing the dollar rate on Thursday, calling it “not a serious economic policy but a joke with the economy.”
According to the details, Miftah Ismail stated that the government gives 18 billion rupees in interest each day.
He stated that before offering a course of action to the government, a settlement with the IMF must be secured. He further stated that the average pay must be raised.
“It is also necessary to enhance the income of people who make 100,000 per year. “We must take all of these steps even though inflation will rise,” stated Miftah.
