Smart Robot Service Launched in Madinah to Assist Pilgrims

The Ministry of Health in Madinah has introduced a new smart robot service to help pilgrims at the Prophet’s Mosque. This robot provides educational messages in 96 different languages, making it easier for people from all over the world to understand important information. The robot is positioned in the courtyard next to the mosque.

In addition to the robot, 220 volunteers are working to ensure the safety and health of the pilgrims. These volunteers are stationed at various key locations to offer assistance and health services.

Since May 9, the Pakistan Hajj Mission has successfully welcomed 98,500 pilgrims to Madinah and Makkah as part of the pre-Hajj 2024 flight operation. This large number of pilgrims highlights the importance of the new robot and the volunteers in managing the health and safety of everyone involved.

The initiative by the Ministry of Health in Madinah province demonstrates a significant effort to use technology to improve the experience of pilgrims. The robot not only helps with communication but also contributes to the overall safety and well-being of the visitors. The combined efforts of the robot and the volunteers aim to make the pilgrimage a smoother and safer experience for everyone.
