It wasn’t until the COVID-19 pandemic that many Pakistani employers and employees realized how important healthcare truly is. While large organizations offer health insurance as part of their employment package, providing health insurance to employees was not a common trend amongst SMEs in Pakistan. This has completely changed in the post-COVID world, where retaining talent has become more difficult as people explore better work opportunities.
