Recent reports claim that the Swat police have arrested a TikToker after his video went viral on social media.
He was actually throwing stones at the 7th-century Jahanabad Buddha statue at Shakhorai Jahanabad in the Manglawar area.
The arrested has been identified as Abubakar and he belongs to the Sangota village.
On Saturday, a TikToker posted a video on his Facebook page showing him stoning the Buddha which angered the cultural activists.
The activists also demanded the arrest of the guard and said he did not perform his duty.
