Two Planes Carrying Relief and Goods From Turkiye Will Land in Karachi Today

Recently, Marriyum Aurangzeb Minister for Information and Broadcasting stated that two airplanes from Turkey carrying goods for flood affectees would land in Karachi.

Marriyum tweeted that the Ambassador General of Turkey in Karachi would provide the goods for flood victims to the Pakistani authorities at the airport.

She informed that aircrafts contain tents, medicines and other relief items.

Recently, on a call conversation PM Shehbaz Sharif informed Recep Tayyib Erdogan Turkish President about the disastrous situation caused by heavy rain and floods in the country.

She informed further that more relief goods are expected from Turkey.

Earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye expressed greive and stated that Turkey is very sad about the heavy flood disaster, wishing that may Allah have mercy upon those who lost their loved ones and convey their condolences to the brotherly government and the Pakistani nation and prayed for speedy recovery for the injured ones.

As flood set of historic monsoon rains caused the destruction all across the Pakistan, Muslim countries stepped forward with an efforts to provide humanitarian aid.
