The US dollar has reached a new record high in Pakistan’s open market, trading above the Rs180 level on Monday.
The US dollar is currently trading at Rs180.50 in the open market, while it has weakened somewhat in the interbank market and is now trading at Rs178.5.
The Pakistan rupee continues to bleed against the US dollar, and the greenback is flying high, despite the present government’s efforts to limit further depreciation of the PKR.
