Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has revealed advanced smart kiosks offering an impressive range of 28 services to the public. These kiosks are here to assist you with tasks such as;
- Renewing your vehicle registration.
- Settling parking fees or fines.
- Recharging your nol card.
Note: They are accessible 24/7.
Moreover, these kiosks equipped with a user-friendly interface. These kiosks accept payments through multiple methods:
- Cash
- Credit card
- NFC technology on your smartphone.
Furthermore, they are placed strategically in 21 locations, including RTA’s main hub and customer service centers. They are designed for easy accessibility for all, including people of determination. Moreover, they come with a range of features such as a fingerprint sensor, card insertion unit, NFC tapping capability, and a keypad for manual payment entry.
Nevertheless, the primary goal is to boost customer happiness and continually enhance services in line with the Dubai government’s vision. This initiative reflects a commitment to high class government services and follows international best practices for efficient service provision.
The project was launched in 2021 and has gathered significant demand, leading to a notable expansion. Eight new kiosks have been added across six locations, and 24 others have been upgraded. The RTA is committed in its dedication to leveraging the latest technology for an improved customer experience, ensuring high-quality, round-the-clock service for all.
