Health and fitness enthusiasts will find the Watch 3 appealing, as it includes a heart-rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, and alerts for abnormal fluctuations. The device tracks sleep, stress levels, menstrual cycles for women, and notifies users about high noise levels for hearing protection. Supporting over 100 workout modes and customizable exercise plans, it caters to diverse fitness routines.

Running on Vivo’s proprietary BlueOS operating system based on the Rust programming language, the Watch 3 offers features like NFC car keys, camera control, and more. It allows card storage, wrist-raised swiping, and QR code display for payments. The smartwatch supports eSIM for hands-free voice calls and connects with TWS earbuds, providing 64MB RAM and 4GB native storage for music storage capabilities.
