We Saved Pakistan from Default, PM Shehbaz Sharif Addresses the Nation

The prime minister discussed how the coalition government of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) took power in April 2022 and prevented the country from defaulting. He praised the leaders and allies of the coalition, including Fazlur Rehman, the chief of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl, for their role in this achievement.

He stated, “Today, Pakistan is gradually overcoming its economic challenges and moving towards development and prosperity.” He noted that the country is starting to see improvements in its economic situation.
