PTI chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan said Tuesday he would take the nation to the streets and march to Islamabad to send the United States that Pakistan is a “free country.”
At a ceremony in Peshawar, he addressed parliamentarians and urged his supporters to gather people from every city, street and town and prepare them for the “true freedom” movement.
Imran Khan said that Pakistan was founded under the motto La Ilaha Illallah (There is no god but Allah), adding that Muslims feared no one but Allah.
“We will take to the streets, march to Islamabad, and send a message to the United States that we are a free country. We will convey to them that we are an honorable country that will not become anyone’s puppet.
