While addressing a press conference, Babar Azam stated the team’s focus is not only on India but on all the nine teams participating in the World Cup. He emphasized that the team is determined to perform well in all of the matches.
He further added that the Pakistani cricket team would approach all the nine league stage matches with a winning mentality so that they reach the finale. Although the confirmation of the most sought-after match between Pakistan and India is still pending, Babar Azam highlighted full confidence and readiness to play the match at any venue assigned to them.
He also highlighted the importance of adapting to different situations and demonstrating a strong performance whatsoever as a Captain and a player.
