After many months of looking, a woman from Tofino, B.C., finally found her lost wallet on a beach. Marcie Callewaert, who works as a photographer in Clayoquot Sound, discovered her wallet while walking her dog along a beach on Vancouver Island. She had lost it eight months earlier.
Marcie remembered losing her wallet on a sunny day in June when she was getting into her boat. She heard a splash but didn’t realize her wallet had fallen into the water until later. She searched for her wallet on the beach and even hired a diver to look underwater, but they couldn’t find it. Marcie thought she would never see her wallet again and began replacing her cards.
Then, while walking along the beach, she noticed something green among the debris—it was her wallet! Even though it was filled with sand, everything inside was okay. Marcie couldn’t believe she had finally found her wallet after searching for so long. She was relieved to see that her money and cards were still there. Marcie had been hoping she would find her wallet eventually, and after eight months of searching, her wish finally came true.
