Women Leadership Conference 2024: Redefining Leadership

The Women Leadership Conference held on 24th October 2024 at the prestigious Governor House Sindh, Karachi, was an inspiring gathering of accomplished women from various industries, sharing insights into leadership, innovation, and resilience. The event featured several distinguished speakers. Sultana Siddiqui, President of HUM Network Pvt. Ltd., graced the conference as the Guest of Honour. She captivated the audience with her keynote, “From Challenges to Changes: Inspiring Women through My Journey of Success,” sharing her path to becoming a media industry pioneer and a role model for aspiring women leaders.

The Chief Guest, Sarah Mooney, British Deputy High Commissioner Karachi, addressed the importance of resilience and inclusion in her talk, “Breaking Barriers: Overcoming Challenges as Women Leaders.” Her words emphasized the need for women to dismantle societal and institutional barriers.

Moneeza Usman Butt, Partner at KPMG Pakistan, delivered a keynote on “Innovative Leadership: Women Driving Change in a Dynamic World.” Her talk explored how women leaders can leverage innovation to thrive in today’s evolving landscape.

Sarah Williams, Head of the School of Business and Law at Buckinghamshire New University, discussed “The Role of Women in PR,” highlighting how women can shape public narratives and influence industries through strategic communication.

The conference concluded with a vibrant panel discussion featuring Dr. Fatima Dar, Mr. Arshad Saeed Hussain, Deepak Perwani, and Ms. Masarrat Misbah, each bringing unique perspectives on leadership, creativity, and societal change.
