Possible Reasons for Offers on Yamaha Bikes
It is obvious that the company did not do this for the convenience of the customers but it could be a sign of low sales and through this offer Yamaha wants to increase its sales. According to Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA) data, the company sold only 2,503 units in the last two months, which is significantly lower than 3,985 units during the same period last year.
The second and perhaps the biggest reason is Yamaha’s constant price hikes. The company has increased the prices of the bike four times in 2022 alone. Prices of Yamaha bikes have increased by an average of Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 this year. Which is a huge leap in just 7 to 8 months. This is the reason why now all Yamaha bikes cost more than Rs 250000 which is really beyond the reach of a common man. Most people in Pakistan cannot afford such expensive bikes for daily use.
Now it seems that the company is facing problems in selling Bikes. Still, this is good news for the fans of Yamaha bikes as they can get the bike of their choice in installments and enjoy the ride.
