The Zamzam electronic platform, created by Al-Zamazima Company, aims to provide a convenient delivery service for Zamzam water bottles to pilgrims directly at their homes. This platform is operated by well-trained staff who make sure that the sacred water is delivered without any interruptions.
Rayan Zamzami, the deputy general supervisor of the company’s seasonal operations, highlighted that the Zamzam platform has a complete database of all pilgrims. It ensures that the information is synchronized with the electronic tracking system and the central Hajj platform of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Moreover, the platform has electronically numbered addresses to facilitate efficient delivery.
Zamzam serves as the official platform for accessing reports and statistics about the progress of operations. It works smoothly whether there is an internet connection or not, guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
Zamzami further explained that the Zamzam platform follows several stages to ensure that Zamzam water reaches pilgrims at their accommodations in the holy city. The process begins with registration on the platform, followed by coordination with the control center, and then processing at the warehouse. The water is finally delivered safely to the pilgrims’ homes through effective collaboration between supervisors and delivery drivers.
