Zidane Iqbal became the first British South Asian footballer in Manchester United history after coming off the bench in the club’s Champions League encounter against Young Boys.
Zidane Iqbal, who wore number 73, is a Manchester-born midfielder of Pakistani and Iraqi origins who became the first British South Asian to earn a professional contract with Old Trafford, and is currently the club’s first footballer from the community.
