The equations have been updated by the pandemic and learning has shifted to online mode. YouTube has proven to be a great forum for all the students and learners. Not everybody makes good use of platforms like he did. An 11-year-old boy from India, used YouTube in an outrageous incident to learn hacking tricks.
The boy resorted to his own father for extortion and asked for a ransom of Rs. 10 crores. He threatened to publish private pictures and family secrets all over the internet if the money was not provided.
The incident saw light when, after receiving an extortion call from an unknown person, the Ghaziabad (India) resident approached the police. He told the police that he had hacked his email account and used all of his private photos from the account to threaten him for the ransom money.
As per the victim, his email account was hacked on 1st January. He further said that not only did hackers access his images, but changed his password and account-related phone number. He got an email from the hackers asking for Rs. 10 crore and constant harassment calls from the hackers to his entire family.
