6 years old girl completes memorizing Holy Quran

Junem Yahya Mohamed, a six-year-old girl, has memorized and recited the Holy Quran in its entirety with Tajweed and with perfect pronunciation.

She has achieved the distinction of being the country’s youngest person to have memorized the entire Holy Quran.

“My daughter began memorizing the Quran when she was three years old, thanks to Tahfiz sessions organized by the Sharjah Foundation for the Quran and Sunnah in mosques,” Maysam’s mother explained. Additionally, we followed up with her at home by reviewing and re-reading her materials.”

When her daughter was three years old, the mother shared that she had memorized two chapters of the holy Quran and had placed seventh in the Sheikh Zayed Holy Quran Competition, which was held in Abu Dhabi. She was the most youthful of the candidates. All of this occurred prior to the child’s entry into the nursery, according to the mother.

I discovered her talent when she began to communicate verbally, “she explained further. She was constantly reciting verses from the Quran that she had heard on radio stations and television channels before.

She began memorizing the short surahs at home, and I later took her to a mosque in Khorfakkan, where she learned the rules of correct recitation and continued memorizing the holy Quran.”

According to her mother, she was honored by the Holy Quran Radio station in the emirate of Sharjah.

Numerous competitions, events, and programs are organized by The Dubai International Holy Quran Award, a religious institution dedicated to serving the book of God through Quranic competitions, events, and programs that are aimed at activating the memorization of the Holy Quran, disseminating Quranic culture, and encouraging youth to be interested in this book.
