As the counting of votes from the 2024 elections continues, Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, the leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), stressed the importance of his party’s role in forming governments in key areas like the Centre, Punjab, and Balochistan. He mentioned that without the PPP, it would be impossible to establish a government in these crucial regions.
Bilawal called for unity among all Pakistanis to ensure that the country remains politically stable, and he expressed his desire to put an end to divisive politics. He pointed out that the PPP is unique because it has members from all four provinces, making it a vital player in the political landscape.
Expressing gratitude to the voters and supporters who have shown their trust in the PPP, Bilawal mentioned that the party’s central executive committee will decide on the next steps once the final election results are announced.
