The Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a call for applications from suitable candidates, both male and female, for various positions in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Appellate Tribunal.
Available Positions and Qualifications
- Chairman: 2 positions available. Candidates must be retired Judges of the High Court.
- Member: 2 positions available. Candidates should either be in-service or retired District & Session Judges or Advocates with at least fifteen years of practice at the bar.
- Member: 2 positions available. Retired Professors from any discipline of Medicine or Surgery with a minimum of five years of experience in Senior Managerial Positions in Public Health Administration or Hospital Management are eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and must not exceed the maximum age limit specified for each position, which varies from 65 to 68 years.

Interested candidates are required to submit their applications along with a CV, copy of CNIC, two passport-size photographs, and attested relevant documents via registered post to the office of the undersigned within 15 days of the advertisement. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
Terms and Conditions
The tenure of office and other terms and conditions of the positions will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2020. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and those already in government service must apply through proper channels.
Applicants shortlisted for interviews must present their original documents along with attested copies for verification. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview. The Health Department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
