The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has publicly unveiled the monthly salaries of its national team members. These salary details provide insights into the earnings of players, excluding any additional sponsorship benefits.

Breakdown of Salary Categories:

Category A (Rs. 4,500,000 per month):

  • Players: Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, Mohammad Rizwan

Category B (Rs. 3,000,000 per month):

  • Players: Shadab Khan, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Naseem Shah

Category C (Rs. 750,000 to Rs. 1,500,000 per month):

  • Example: Imad Wasim

Category D (Rs. 750,000 to Rs. 1,500,000 per month):

  • Players: Iftikhar Ahmed, Hasan Ali, Saim Ayub

These figures represent the players’ base monthly salaries. Additionally, national team members earn match fees and performance bonuses across all formats: Test matches, One Day Internationals (ODIs), and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). These bonuses significantly augment their overall earnings.
