The Punjab Planning and Development Board has opened applications for various positions under the ADP Scheme titled “Climate Finance Unit, Punjab.” These job opportunities are available to eligible candidates from Punjab Province and offer competitive pay packages.
Available Positions
The following positions are available under the project-based hiring:
- Head (Climate Finance Unit) – Pay up to 1,200,000 PKR
- Environmental Legal Expert – Pay up to 800,000 PKR
- Finance and Investment Advisor – Pay up to 800,000 PKR
- Environmental & Social Safeguard Advisor
- Climate/Data Scientist – Pay up to 600,000 PKR
- Research Analyst – Pay up to 400,000 PKR (2 positions)
- Office Boy – Pay up to 40,000 PKR
Application Process
Interested candidates from Punjab can apply through the Punjab Job Portal (https://www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk/). The positions are project-based and temporary. Applicants already in government service must apply through the proper channel with an NOC from their department.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and no TA/DA will be provided. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions as required.
