Historic Win! Pakistan Clinches Double Gold at South Africa F-Class Long Range Championship 2025

Pakistan’s Long Range Rifle Team has created history by winning two gold medals at the 2025 South Africa F-Class National Long Range Championship. This is a major achievement, as they beat the world’s top team, South Africa, on their own ground. The Pakistani team showed great talent, focus, and teamwork throughout the competition.

Before the championship, the team went through a special training camp in South Africa to prepare for this big challenge. Their hard work paid off, and now they are more confident for upcoming international tournaments.

In addition to the team’s victory, Pakistani shooters performed very well in the individual matches too. They won a total of 11 medals — 5 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze. This shows how strong Pakistan’s presence is becoming in the sport of long-range shooting.

Lieutenant Colonel Junaid Ali stood out with an amazing performance, winning 3 gold medals. His calm and precise shooting played a big role in Pakistan’s overall success. Another proud moment came when Sepoy Waleed won the Scottish Sword match, a tough and respected individual event.

This success marks an important milestone for Pakistan in international shooting sports. It proves that with the right training and effort, Pakistani shooters can compete and win at the highest levels.

The championship also brought attention to the growing talent in Pakistan’s shooting teams, both in skill and discipline. The Pakistan Army and sports authorities are being praised for supporting the team and helping them shine on a global stage.

This double gold win has made the country proud and has raised hopes for more medals in the future. Pakistan’s flag flying high in South Africa is a moment that will be remembered for a long time.
