Atlas Honda is getting ready to launch its first electric bike by June 2025. This step comes after the company gave a sneak peek of its interest in electric vehicles back in 2023 when it showed off the BENLY e-scooter. Now, they are finally moving ahead with plans to enter the electric vehicle (EV) market in a big way.
Although it is not confirmed whether the BENLY e-scooter will be the final model launched, sources from several Honda dealerships have confirmed that an electric bike is definitely coming. The expected price is around PKR 900,000. Atlas Honda, already a strong player in Pakistan’s motorcycle market, wants to stay on top while also joining the global shift towards eco-friendly transport.
As more people become interested in reducing pollution and saving fuel, electric bikes are becoming more popular. However, Pakistan’s EV market still faces challenges. These include high prices, limited charging stations, and people being unsure about switching from traditional bikes.
