Govt Issues Rs. 75 Coins to Celebrate Marka-e-Haq

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced the release of a special Rs. 75 commemorative coin. This coin has been issued to honor Marka-e-Haq, the military campaign carried out against India earlier this year, and to celebrate Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day.

According to the SBP, this coin is a tribute to the bravery and sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces. Members of the public will be able to obtain it from the SBP Banking Services Corporation counters starting on August 15, 2025.

The coin is made of nickel-brass, containing 79% copper, 20% zinc, and 1% nickel. It weighs 13.5 grams and has a diameter of 30 millimeters. On one side of the coin, there is an image of Pakistan’s crescent and star along with sprigs of wheat, and the year “2025” is also inscribed.
