- Professional degrees (medical, engineering, law, architecture, veterinary) must have accreditation from relevant councils.
Application Process
- Apply through HEC Portal: Complete profile, submit online, and keep a signed copy.
- Apply through CSC Portal: Program Category Type A, Agency Number 5861 (HEC/Pakistan), download and sign the application form.
- Required tests:
- Undergraduate: USAT (minimum score 50/100).
- Master’s/PhD: HAT (minimum score 50/100).
- Submit required documents: educational certificates, CNIC, passport, language proficiency, study plan/research proposal, police clearance, recommendation letters, and other HEC‑specified documents.
