Study Abroad! Fully Funded Govt of Indonesia KNB Scholarship for Pakistani Students

The Government of Indonesia has announced the opening of applications for the fully funded Kemitraan Negara Berkembang (KNB) Scholarship, offering Pakistani students an opportunity to pursue higher education in Indonesia. The scholarship is available for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degree programs at selected Indonesian universities.

The KNB Scholarship is part of Indonesia’s efforts to strengthen educational cooperation and build long-term relationships with developing countries. Through this program, international students are given access to quality education while experiencing Indonesia’s rich culture and academic environment.

Under the scholarship, all major expenses are covered by the Indonesian government. These include full tuition fees, a monthly living allowance, a one-time settlement allowance upon arrival, health insurance, study and research support, and round-trip airfare between the student’s home country and Indonesia. This makes the program especially attractive for students who wish to study abroad without financial pressure.

Before starting their academic programs, selected students are required to complete a one-year Indonesian language course. This language training helps students adapt to daily life and ensures they can follow lectures and academic activities smoothly once their degree programs begin.

The scholarship supports a wide range of academic fields, including science, engineering, social sciences, humanities, and other disciplines. Students will study at reputable public and private universities across Indonesia, known for their academic standards and research opportunities.

To be eligible, applicants must meet academic requirements relevant to their chosen level of study. Bachelor’s applicants should have completed secondary education, while Master’s and PhD applicants must hold relevant prior degrees. Applicants are also expected to demonstrate good academic performance and meet language proficiency requirements as outlined by the scholarship guidelines.

The application process is conducted online, where candidates submit academic documents, study plans, and other required information. After initial screening, shortlisted applicants may be invited for further evaluation before final selections are announced.

For Pakistani students seeking international education opportunities, the KNB Scholarship provides a valuable chance to gain a fully funded degree, international exposure, and personal growth in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic countries.
