‘My People Will Go First’, KP CM Sohail Afridi Sat on Lahore Road Until Police Cleared Route for Public

KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi faced a confrontation with Punjab Police during his visit to Lahore after authorities stopped his convoy on the road. According to reports and videos circulating from the incident, Afridi refused to use a special route and insisted that ordinary people should be allowed to pass first. He then sat on the road until the route was cleared for public traffic.

Afridi had arrived in Lahore as PTI prepared to launch a fresh political movement in the city. His visit included meetings with PTI leaders and workers, as well as plans for activities at Liberty Chowk.

The KP chief minister has also criticised Punjab Police over the treatment of his convoy during its journey to Lahore. He claimed that PTI workers and leaders faced harassment and arrests at several points, including Chakri Interchange, Bhera, Sargodha and Mandi Bahauddin.
