According to local media, Prime Minister Imran Khan has stated that public-private partnerships are essential for the country’s prosperity.
Imran khan emphasized the private sector’s active participation in the country’s growth process while chairing a meeting in Islamabad to examine the progress of work on various public-private partnership projects being carried out under the Public Sector Development Programme.
He went on to say that the administration is committed to creating a business-friendly climate.
According to the premier, the Board of Investment is fully operating and ready to serve both foreign and domestic investors.
During the meeting, the PM was informed that the Public Sector Development Programme is currently working on over fifty different public-private partnership model development projects worth billions of rupees in various phases.
