According to initial updates, the issue is linked to system maintenance and backend upgrades aimed at improving overall digital banking performance and security. The bank has assured customers that services will be restored within the expected timeframe and has recommended using alternative channels such as mobile banking, online transfers, and branch services during the downtime.
