NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the General Public, Trade Circles, Suppliers, Landlords that Rustam Foods (Private) Limited is the only current authorized Master Franchisee of
Pizza Hut MENAPAKT FZ-LLC for the territory of Pakistan.
Authorized Brand Representation
Pursuant to its Franchise Agreements, Rustam Foods is authorized to operate and develop the Pizza Hut brand in Pakistan and to use the Pizza Hut trademarks and
related intellectual property in connection with those authorized operations. No other operator is currently authorized by Pizza Hut to operate Pizza Hut-branded restaurants
or to offer or grant Pizza Hut franchise opportunities in Pakistan. For clarity, all authorized Pizza Hut restaurants in Pakistan are operated under Rustam Foods’
company-owned store model, and no sub-franchise opportunities are currently being offered or granted.
Warning Against Unauthorized Operators
Rustam Foods is aware that Maaks International (Private) Limited and certain affiliates continue to operate locations using the Pizza Hut name and branding following
termination of their prior arrangements in February 2023, and have also purported to offer franchise opportunities. Rustam Foods considers these activities unauthorized and
an infringement of its contractual and intellectual property rights. Related legal proceedings are ongoing.

For the safety and clarity of our customers, please be advised that outlets at the following locations are NOT affiliated with Rustam Foods or the official Pizza Hut global
network:
- Lahore: Packages Mall and Al Jalil Garden.
- Islamabad/Rawalpindi: Central Park (DHA Phase II), Satellite Town, Phase 7 Bahria Town, Giga Mall and Gulberg Greens.
- Sialkot: Sialkot Cantt.
- Swat: Mingora
