Islamabad is set to witness a Manhattan-style development featuring luxury hotels, shopping malls, and residential complexes, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi announced at the Saudi-Pak Real Estate Expo.
He said prime plots would be auctioned in December and offered to investors at no cost, subject to development conditions.
The project site is located directly behind the Prime Minister’s House. Investors would be required to complete their projects within three years of approval, with buildings standing at least 600 feet tall.
A one-window system would also be introduced to facilitate investors and streamline the development process.
