AL Habib Digital’s dashboard is fully customizable, letting customers shape the app around their own habits. Interactive widgets surface frequent actions, transfers, bill payments, mobile top-ups, without requiring customers to dig through menus. Biometric login, through fingerprint or facial recognition, makes access near-instant, while FPIN authentication keeps transactions secure. Add Dark and Light Mode, and the app reads less like a checklist of features and more like a single, coherent product.

The functions that used to need a branch
Card management now sits entirely inside the app. Customers can activate, block or unblock a debit card, reset their PIN and manage transaction limits without a branch visit or a call to the helpline, a shift that changes where a meaningful share of everyday banking now takes place.
Then there is instant fund transfers without registering a payee first, addressing one of the more persistent friction points in Pakistani mobile banking. No add-beneficiary flow, no waiting period before a transfer goes through, simply send money.

Pakistan’s banking sector is at an inflection point. Digital-first banks are gaining ground, a mobile-first customer base is growing, and expectations around app quality are rising with it.
