AshreiTech, a technology-focused private equity firm, today announced a strategic investment in Digit Labs (Di8it), a Pakistani cybersecurity company. The investment expands AshreiTech’s technology portfolio and gives Digit Labs the capital and market access to grow its presence across Pakistan and beyond.
The transaction also marks AshreiTech’s first investment in Pakistan, representing a landmark step in the US-based firm’s expansion beyond its established American market and into one of South Asia’s fastest-growing technology economies.
