Mohammad Hasnain, a Pakistani speedster, had a good debut for Sydney Thunder in his first Big Bash League match.
In a match against the Adelaide Strikers, the 21-year-old bowler took three wickets in a single over. Matthew Short, Jake Weatherald, and Jonathan Wells were all removed by the right-arm bowler.
Hasnain also became the first bowler in BBL history to grab three wickets in his opening over.
He finished his four-over session with figures of 3/20, assisting Thunder in holding Strikers to 144 while defending 173.
Meanwhile, cricketers from all around the world poured their compliments on the youngster.
“I don’t know what to say; this is incredible to witness,” former Australian fast bowler Brett Lee told Fox Cricket.
