According to a recent update on the store, Dr Sarah Gill has been appointed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) in Karachi.

In Pakistan, the government has taken specific steps to empower the transgender community.
The transgender community was allowed to register as state citizens, and an act was passed in 2018 to secure the group’s safety and prohibit discrimination against them.
According to the report, Dr. Sarah Gill also met with JPMC Executive Director (ED) Prof. Shahid Rasool and was given a home job order.
On the orders of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah has arranged the opportunity for Dr Sarah Gill.
