According to Abdul Razak Dawood, Adviser on Commerce and Investment, Pesident Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan will visit Pakistan on the second and third days of next month.
Speaking to the media alongside Uzbekistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade, Sardor Umurzakov, Dawood stated that the Uzbek president will discuss ways to improve bilateral economic and trade relations with Pakistan’s leadership, as well as sign a number of bilateral trade agreements.
The Uzbek minister for the trade added that a flight from Lahore to Tashkent will begin next month, providing air connectivity between Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
