Air ambulance service 1122 has been inaugurated in Punjab, according to Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.
He told a meeting of the Punjab Emergency Council in Lahore today (Friday) that the province’s motor bike ambulance service will now cover twenty-seven districts.
The conference adopted the Punjab Emergency Service Employees Regulation 2022 in principle and directed that the draught be reviewed by the Cabinet Standing Committee on Law Affairs.
A risk allowance for rescuers and a single basic salary were also accepted at the conference.
