A s per recent news, Prime Minister Imran Khan conducted a balloting for low-cost apartments in the federal capital’s Farash Town capital.
Speaking on the occasion, he stated that the government is helping the underprivileged realize their dream of owning a home. He directed that the allotment of houses be done in a transparent manner.
Further, the Prime Minister underlined the importance of embracing the high-rise construction concept in order to prevent cities from spreading crisis.
Due to the government’s subsidy, private banks are offering easy loans to customers who want to buy these apartments. In addition, the monthly cost for these housing units will be roughly Rs. 13,000.
