Sources reported on Tuesday that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s government has decided to hold state-level minority festivals.
In a statement, Special Assistant for Minority Affairs Wazirzada said the CP government had formulated a strategy to celebrate minority festivals at the state level.
In this regard, KP’s human resources department has signed a contract for Rs 300 crore with a private company. “At the provincial level, three province’s minority community festivals are celebrated,” added the special assistant.
Wazirzada further said that the provincial government would also initiate exhibition programs for minority youth while holding interfaith conferences for religious harmony.
