Molana Tariq Jamil, a religious scholar and an influencer, has always been an impressive public figure in Pakistan. He has recently launched his new clothing brand named “MTJ.”
In his official statement, he explained why he launched this clothing brand where he said; in the year 2000, he established an Islamic school where the Arabic educational system is followed located in Faisalabad. His institute named “Madrasah-Tul-Hasnain” now has almost ten branches.
He added that the finances of his madrasah were managed by himself and his colleagues like friends before the pandemic of Coronavirus. Meanwhile, the economic and business losses due to Coronavirus have affected almost every business. Due to lockdown, his madrasah classes also shifted from physical to online, and the financial resources became limited.
“I did not ask for zakat or any financial help from anyone to keep these schools running for providing education as I understands the situation and difficulties of the pandemic,” he said.
He unveiled the fact that he was a landlord but quit this profession when he joined Islamic tableegh. But he wants all his land revenue to be invested in his new foundation of MTJ that will lead to the success of his educational institute also.
He wants this “MTJ” platform to be a good source of kindness and humanity as its major part of the revenue will be invested in the betterment of others to establish a hospital and educational institutes to educate students.
