The Punjab government has given its approval for the establishment of a multi-purpose business center at the Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, which will be operated by the Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC).
PIEDMC Chairman Syed Nabil Hashmi told a delegation of industrialists that the center will occupy 300,000 square feet and that a groundbreaking ceremony will be held soon.
The multi-story and multi-purpose business center will house corporate offices, meeting rooms, expo centers, multi-purpose halls, showrooms, restaurants, a one-window center, and factory outlets, he added.
“In view of the growing need for technology for business growth,” he told the businessman, “special incentives will be offered to IT-related individuals and firms in the business center.”
Hashmi went on to claim that 675 industrial plots ranging in size from 0.5 acre to four acres had already been created at the Quaid-e-Azam Business Park in Sheikhupura, on the Lahore-Islamabad motorway.
