In order to decrease the violation of traffic rules, the Lahore traffic police came up with an objective and decided to introduce action against those who drive without license.
As per the CTO (Chief Traffic Police Officer) Asad Malhi, warned the Lahore citizens stating that who ever drive without license in the city would be fined of Rs2000.
He stated that DHA and Irfa Karim Driving Licence Centres would be operational today till 4 pm in order to facilitate the citizens in getting their license.
Moreover he informed that Smart Licencing Centre Manwa would be operational 24/7 to facilitate the masses to save them from fines.
Prior year, the cabinet committee for traffic in Lahore city approved the traffic police presented hike in traffic violation fines to reduce reckless driving and incidence of accidents, as per sources.
