The Pakistani currency continued to fall against the US dollar in the interbank market recently.
As per SBP (State Bank of Pakistan), the Pakistani ruppee dropped by Rs0.19 against green currency to close at Rs228.34.
This equates to an appreciation of 0.08 % from yesterday as it was close at Rs228.15.
The US dollar is selling between Rs235 to 240 in the open market, the Forex dealer stated.
