Najam Sethi, the chairman of PCB management committee, pleaded with Mohsin Naqvi, the chief minister of Punjab, on Tuesday to give teams and spectators attending the Pakistan Super League playoffs in Lahore adequate security.
Sethi stressed the significance of safeguarding the reputation of Pakistan’s greatest event on his Twitter page.
“Mohsin Naqvi, the PSL 8 multi-million dollar final on March 19 will be played before 25K people at Gaddafi Stadium and 100M across the globe. This is Pakistan’s finest showcase.
“The Punjab government must ensure failsafe security and smooth traffic flow to facilitate people’s access to the stadium,” he tweeted.
